The detection system of mechanical properties is developed base on the operating characteristics of 40.5kV VCB permanent magnet actuator. The grating sensor is employed to measure the speed of contact and hall sensor is used to detect the current of opening and closing winding, which the detection method of mechanical characteristics can be accomplished. The DSP is designed as the core of detection system and calculation methods of contact speed are analyzed by considering the principles of grating sensor and quadrature encoder pulse circuits. The experimental results indicate that the system have a stable working state and high precision. |
