Structure of Spectrum-Division Single Carrier Transmitter and Transmission Performance

(in English) This paper studies two transmitter structures of the band-limited spectrum-division single carrier transmission method, which divides a single carrier modulation spectrum into a few “subspectra” by using roll-off filters and allocates them for fragmented vacant spectra. One is with waveform shaping before spectrum is divided, and the other is without waveform shaping like SC-FDMA modulation, are examined. For two structures, peak-to-average power ratio, PAPR, with spectrum division and adjacent channel leakage power ratio, ACLR, that is interference in another system sandwiched between subspectrum, are evaluated by computer simulations.
