SINR Characteristics of Adaptive Antennas for Vehicle

(in English) Array antenna consists of plural antennas is utilized to improve the communication quality of mobile communications such as terrestrial digital broadcasting or ITS communication system. However, evaluation for suitable control method considering element arrangements and element patterns is still not enough.
In this paper, effects of cable loss, element distance, element patterns on SINR characteristics of mobile reception system is examined. As the result, it is clarified that the best SINR characteristics can be obtained by null forming with the same cable length for each element. Furthermore, it is indicated that the SINR characteristics of selection diversity are deteriorated when the element patterns are directed to front and back.
