(in English) In the management of medication history information, the information from each procedure of prescribing, dispensing, and dosing is separately treated where it originates. We take this information as a personal Life log, and then define and analyze the requirements for managing it electronically in the series of medication procedure. The result is applied to the implementation of electronic medication history information system.
