Structuring Relational Models between Users’ Situation Factor and Their QoE Evaluation

(in English) In this paper, we conduct modeling of the influence that the situation factor of the user gives QoE (Quality of Experience) evaluation. We carried out the subjective evaluation test in which the same subjects experience under delay on three different situations in the screen transition time of the browser. The obtained results show that, if the users are in the different situations, they have different QoE evaluation scale even under the same QoS (Quality of Service). Thus, we believe that this paper can simulate variety of telecommunications service aimed for the improvement of the convenience of the user.
