In recent years, an aproach of object recognition by observing human behavior have been proposed. On
the other hand, Bag-of-Features approach have been introduced in the field of document analysis. In this paper,
we propose a method for object recognition based Bag-of-Features using n-grams of poses. First, HOG features
are extracted from human poses while handling an object. Then the features are transformed into symbols. From
these symbols, a set of n-grams are generated. By comparing sets of n-grams, object can be learned and recognized.
experiments in practice, its effectiveness was confirmed. |
