An 3D Dipole Dynamics Analysis in ECG with Finite Element Method

(in English) The electrocardiogram (ECG) is widely used for diagnosis of heart.The objective of this research is to estimate the dipole dynamics by means of solving an inverse problem about the electric source of heart.The body surface potential generated from a supposed dipole was computed by Finite Element Method (FEM).The location of dipole was estimated by Genetic Algorithm (GA),which to minimize the mean square error of measured potential and computed potential.In this study, 3D mesh for the chest region was created to estimate the spatio-temporal patterns of dipole dynamics.And we apply proposed method to measured ECG.
