Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The spectrum sharing techniques are attractive since the frequency band for radio systems is really lacking. The cognitive radio technique and UWB (Ultra Wideband) system with DAA (Detection And Avoidance) function are strong candidates. This paper discusses coexisting signals of primary systems detection technique for spectrum sharing techniques. In the detector, the received coexisting signal is assumed as sum of the sinusoidal waves. The detected sinusoidal signal is subtracted from the received signal iteratively and the error is zeroed. The parameters of the sinusoidal signals are estimated by using the evaluation function and Newton method. The miss Detection Error Rate (DER) and False Alarm Rate (FAR) are evaluated to show the coexisting primary systems detection capability. The performances improved comparing to the conventional energy detection by using FFT.
