[Poster Presentation] MOS SPICE Model Evaluation Based on gm/Id Lookup Table Methodology

(in English) We propose a SPICE model parameter evaluation method based on gm/ID lookup table design methodology for analog/mixed-signal circuit. The measured results of gm/ID lookup tables are obtained through the DC/RF TEG design and its characterizations. The evaluation functions representing the difference between the measured and simulation results is defined to identify gm/ID lookup table parameters to be the optimized by the SPICE model parameter modification. We propose the SPICE model modification algorithm to minimize the modification effects to original parameters.
