(in English) Due to the benefit such as battery saving on UE and mobility support, mobile femto-cell base station is being considered as an attachment point to access to local IP network in premises, e.g. home network or corporate network. We propose a solution for local IP access via mobile femto-cell base station to support seamless mobility, where a special treatment for idle mode UE is required.
