(in English) In recent years, Multi-Car Elevators with cars in a shaft have been needed in the field of high-rise building．Some control methods for such a system have been proposed．However, the methods only control shafts by fixed controller. The aim of this research is to control shafts by a flexible method using shafts efficiently. Therefore we introduce the concept of shaft’s role and propose a new method.
