VoiTwi: Voice Twitter System for Smart Phone

(in English) Recently, SNS including Twitter becomes popular. These emphasize real-time communications. Moreover, these services are quite compatible with mobile phones, especially smart phones. And more users tend to use Twitter with smart phones. In such recent trend, some visually handicapped persons started to use Twitter from smart phones. In near future, it is highly possible that many visually handicapped persons will use Twitter with smart phones. However, it is inconvenience for visually handicapped persons to use Twitter with smart phones now. In this research, we propose and prototype a system called VoiTwi with which anybody can use Twitter easily. In this system we use the gesture input and voice input/output for a smart phone.
