| (in English) | Switching downconverters are sensitive to the harmonic signals that are undesired at multiple frequencies of the LO frequency. To avoid the undesired harmonic signal reception, reduction in the downconverter sensitivity to the harmonic signals is essential. A poly-phase downconverter is an attractive circuit technique for reducing the sensitivity to the harmonics. In this report, another advantage of the poly-phase downconverter is discussed. The advantage is that the downconverted noise from the harmonic frequency is rejected. |
