Humans use sensory information to process external information. At that time by necessity a number of senses interact with each other, not only one sense. For that reason, it is important for us to figure out the interaction to better know human sensory mechanisms. In this study, we presented visual information with audio information or haptic information to subjects and saw how audio information and haptic information affected visual information. Our results showed that timing of the presenting information and types of presenting information is important factors for interaction between senses. |
