(in English) In late years a traffic congestion in the urban region becomes chronic. Therefore many researchers took the introduction of the car navigation system and an offer of the traffic congestion information on the electric signboard to solve traffic congestion. However, as for these methods, the economic burden of the country and the driver is very large. In this study, we control offset, split, and cycle parameter which the representative parameter of the traffic signal in multi-element GA which we propose. Therefore we build a system dynamic controlling the traffic congestion of the wide area transportation network more than existing traffic signal control system.
