(in English) In this paper, we propose a quasi-equiripple design method for complex approximation of stable IIR filters. In general, design methods based on a min-max criterion choose extremal frequency points among divided frequencies. Therefore, a linear programming method which is one of the min-max criterion design methods requires a large number of constraints in a case of filter design. In addition, in the IIR filter design, it is required to assure a stability and to limit a maximum pole radius. In this study, we formulate such problem as a semidefinite programming problem under the error energy minimization criterion and carry out a quasi-equiripple design by updating a weighting function. This method does not depend on the number of constraints. Then, the Lyapunov equation that is the necessary and sufficient condition is used as the stability constraint and the maximum pole radius is limited. Several design examples are shown to present the effectiveness of the proposed method.
