(in English) Mobile multimedia communications in mobile communication networks are rapidly expanding by the number of users and a wide variety of applications. To better meet user demands in such networks, adaptable end to-end QoS control mechanism is needed. In this paper, we propose a new adaptive QoS management system based on the concept of Utility Function used in the field of microeconomics. Resource allocation which considers mainly priority of the user becomes possible through this mechanism.
