A receiver gate-mixer was developed for application to a vehicle safety warning system. Using 0.18 µm RF CMOS technology, a cascade-type gate mixer was fabricated, and its size was 0.22 mm 。ソ 0.26 mm. The gate mixer showed a conversion gain of 9 dB at a LO input power of -7 dBm, and an output 1-dB compression point of -4.9 dBm, respectively. Above results indicate that the proposed gate mixer is appropriate for application to a vehicle safety warning system. |
