Construction of voiceprint identification systems using multi-step neural networks

(in English) We constructed a voiceprint identification system using three-layered neural networks with a back-propagation learning algorithm. Speech signals were pre-processed by Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and were used as input data of the neural networks. From the results, we found that the square error of the neural network decreased and that voiceprint identification systems converged for learning patterns. FAR (False Acceptance Rate) and FRR (False Rejection Rate) values of the voiceprint identification systems indicated zero at the same time for test patterns (unlearning patterns). In addition, a system for identification of many persons was constructed by the use of multi-step neural networks, which consisted of many single-step neural networks.
