Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Necessity of network operators to change their business flows to maintain the communication network is increasing, while new equipment is deployed to the network and its business requirements change. We proposed and developed a new operation system, called “Network operaton Knowledge System”. The system enables for the operators to automatically maintain the network by combining “functional parts” and building “scenarios”, while the operators need to manually take care of each problem without the system. By providing new functional parts, it is possible to build new scenarios so that demands of the operators to adjust their business flows to further changes in the network are satisfied.
