(in English) We fabricated a write-once disc which has 16 plane recordable layers and one guide layer and proposed its recording system. The recording signal quality of all 16 layers with track pitch of 0.32μm was sufficient. As a result, technical feasibility to achieve the total capacity of 400GB and 512GB was confirmed.
