Spatial depth perception control of focusing source by wave field synthesis

(in English) Recently, 3D television spreads into the ordinary family, enabling to present visual images that are perceived at the front of the display.
Although an acoustic system of the 3D television is requested to present the sound images at the front of the display, conventional methods of the acoustic system do not have this ability.
From the lack of the ability, it is difficult to localize the sound image corresponding to the visual image without their confliction.
In this paper, we address the acoustic system that can present sound sources at the front of the display.
We apply wave field synthesis (WFS) to our acoustic system with a loudspeaker array located on the display, and evaluate the ability of presentation of the sound image at the front of the display.
From the results of listening tests, it is shown that WFS can present sound sources at the front of the display.
