Performance of an anechoic chamber is assured on the frequency region above 30MHz, but it is unclear on the frequency region below 30MHz. However, in a photovoltaic generation system and a power line communication system, the performance of the anechoic chamber on the frequency region below 30MHz is needed. Therefore, we try to measure the magnetic field property of the anechoic chamber on the frequency region from 150kHz to 30MHz. We also try to calculate the magnetic field property of free space on the ground plane, which has not wall and ceiling such as the anechoic chamber. By comparing with measurement values of magnetic field on the large anechoic chamber (JET: 10m method) and calculation ones by the method of moment (NEC2) on free space on the ground plane in the frequency region from 150kHz to 30MHz, vectorial sum of magnetic field at 3m agreed each other within 3.3dB and that at 10m agreed each other within 4.4dB. Therefore, we can clear to be able to measure magnetic field property in the frequency region from 150kHz to 30MHz, without considering magnetic reflection from wall and ceiling of anechoic chamber. |
