Several Remarks on the Acquisition of Web-Information -- Co-existence of Bit and Linguistic Information, and Corporal Intelligence --

(in English) The author has been investigating on the origin and mechanism of language through interdisciplinary researches. He realized that the fundamental difference between human vocal communications and those of NHA (non-human animals) lies in digital/analog. He then submitted two papers to IPSJ (Information Processing Society of Japan), which were rejected without any correspondence with referee. At this point, the author discovered that there is no established concept for "digital", and started to figure out what is digital, by participating in more than 30 SIG research meetings in IPSJ, IEICE and JSAI[1].
During his study, the author revealed that there are three digital network systems: genetic information system using DNA/RNA as digital signals, language with syllables and computer networks with bits. In each system, 2 different types of coding are implemented, (i) source coding to translate digital code into analog meanings, and (ii) channel coding to prevent transmission errors over noisy channel. As a consequence or synergy of these two coding mechanisms, the conjugation and modulation rules are established, which are supposed to be the essence of Epigenetics, grammar and protocol-switches.
In this paper, the author analyzes Web Intelligence, by paying special attention to the fact that it is a mixture of bits and words information.
