Drive circuit of 2-stage converter combined with coupled capacitor

(in English) This paper presents a new drive circuit of the switch of the 2-stage converter combined with coupled capacitor that has big depression ratio and high efficiency and inspects usefulness in analysis and experiment. The proposed circuit able to remove a floating power supply which was needed to drive high-side switch in conventional method, so that it proves usefulness of a new drive circuit. The experiment confirmed maintenance of high power efficiency in big depression ratio which lasted conventionally of 2-stage converter combined with coupled capacitor.
