| 抄録 | （和） | モデリングは、人間の認識とシステムの認識を合わせるコミュニケーションのシーンに活かすことができる。本稿では、人間の認識の特徴を捉え、事業継続管理(BCM)という概念の背景や歴史について報告をしたい。日本では、2011年3月、東北地方太平洋沖地震が発生し、企業だけでなく自治体など公の組織でも事業継続管理への注目が集まっている。そのため、事業継続管理というテーマを扱うことは、社会ニーズに適った意義があると考えた。今日の状況を報告し、これから想定される観念のイメージングを行いたい。「継続管理」(Continuity Management)という観念の結像を行う。後日、別編にて、継続管理システムに向けたデザインとモデルの提案を行いたい。 |
| （英） | Modeling is communication design between the cognition of human beings and the recognition of system. On this report, I would like to show the background and history of Business Continuity Management by modeling and designing with capturing the features of the cognition of human systems. In March 2011, the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake occurred in Japan and today BCM is more attracted. So I think that today’s report of BCM has significant in today’s social needs. I will report today’s condition of BCM in Japan and create the imaging model of next concept, Continuity Management. Afterwards, I would like to show proposals of the design and model for ‘Continuity Management System’ in another report. | |
