Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Recently holographic recordings in azobenzene-containing medium has been intensively studied in the research field of optical information processing and recording. Uniform polarized beams are conventionally used as recording light, while spatially non-uniform spatially polarized light should improve the recording capability. In the present paper we report the diffraction properties in the holograms recorded by the radially polarized light.
