Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Recently, the less-invasive medical treatment of reducing the patient burden is required in a site of the medical treatment.
And, especially the development of the micro robot for the medical treatment is paid to attention recently.
We apply optical wireless communication to vivo communication because optical frequency is not interfered with medical equipment.
In this paper, to examine the optical communication in vivo, first of all, we make the transmitter and receiver circuit for trial purpose.
We use infrared LED, photo diode(PD)and pork as transmitter, receiver, and biomedical tissue respectively, and we conduct communication experiment.
We assume on--off keying(OOK) modulation in this paper, and we manufacture Bit Error Rate Tester(BERT) , which can measure the bit error rate in real time, by use of FPGA.
And we evaluate the bit error rate experimentally in vivo communication.
