Multiple Instance Learning problem (MIL) is roughly one of the classification problems.
In generally classification problem, the traning set comprises words, which label is positive or negative , and the task is to predict the labels of unseen words with those similarity.
The methods for general classification problem are Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression and so on, and fast algorithems were developped.
Moreover, the most of these methods are easy to use because they are packaged.
In contrast, the packaged methods for MIL are very few, and because of the complication of classificatory criterion, they are worse than general classification methods with calculation amount.
In this paper, we propose the framework of method for MIL using Sparse Kernel Machines by changing Basis Function comfiguration.
In the proposed method, if the right keywords are estimated, it is rare to estimate the wrong
keywords even if information of other words is insufficient. |
