Development of Actuator for MR Elastography toward High-Resolution Viscoelasticity Measurement

(in English) Magnetic Resonance Elastography (MRE) is a method to visualize local viscoelastic modulus from wave motion images in tissue. Viscoelasticity information is useful in confirming the diagnosis of disease, disordered function and evaluation of treatment. In this study, we developed acoustic driver toward high-resolution viscoelasticity measurement. In addition, we proposed a post-processing for MRE wave images. Applying multi-oscillators and the image processing to reduce noise on wave images is useful method to measure quantitative viscoelastic modulus.
