(in English) In stream distribution services using the Internet, a large variety of viewing style is requested. A stream distribution platform is expected to satisfy these requests flexibly and quickly. In this paper, we design and implement a stream distribution platform with some gateways constructed in a building block method. By this method, this platform is easy for extension of new functions. Also, this platform can easily realize various stream processing requested from the viewers by managing these blocks (modules) in the gateways.
