(in English) The effect of the dispersion of silica nanoparticles (SNPs) on solution-processable organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) is investigated using a typical soluble semiconductor of regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT). The dewetting of an organic solution of P3HT on hydrophobic substrates treated with octadecyltrichlorosilane (ODTS) is improved by the dispersion of SNPs that have phenyl surfactants, which allows fabricating uniform P3HT films on ODTS-treated substrates using spin-coating processes. In addition, the dispersion of SNPs enhances the crystallization of P3HT films. This in turn increases filed-effect mobility on non-treated substrates and compensates the degradation of mobility associated with dispersion of SNPs on ODTS-treated substrates.
