| (in English) | A virtual auditory display is often implemented by using two loudspeakers with a crosstalk canceller. This crosstalk canceller is generally designed to present appropriate sound at a single listening position. However, as the canceller is highly sensitive to changes in the position of the listener, it should be designed to be insensitive to the listener's movement. For this reason, identification of the loudspeaker configurations that result in robust crosstalk cancellers is very important for their design. We conducted a series of computer simulations to evaluate the accuracy of crosstalk cancellers using various loudspeaker distributions and assessed their robustness to changes in the listener's orientation. | |
