Image segmentation and restoration by variational Bayesian method and MCMC

(in English) In this paper, we derive a deterministic algorithm that restores and segments an image by using variational Bayesian method based on region-based latent variables. In addition, this algorithm estimates two hyperparameters by using Markov chain Monte Carlo(MCMC) method. Through experiments using an artificial image generated by Metropolis method and a natural image with Gaussian noises, we show that the derived algorithm can restore and segment using only one noisy image.
