(in English) The working committee titled Safety evaluation for complexs systems is going on to promote the Rank-matrix method, which is a appropriate technique for evaluating, estimating and predicting forsafety of complex systems. Hereby, a complex system is defined as a system incorporated with hardware, software and human elemnets including organizational environment factors, but not always a system configured by significant components or multiple layers. In this paper, middle rang Information systems such as internet server systems, is discussed for feasibility of this method and for fundamental situations for this application such as objective system environments, criteria for evaluation, specified lifecycle process and arrqngement on the ranking class.
