Image coding techniques have evolved based on motion compensation and discrete cosine transform(MC+DCT).
Requirements for image coding in recent years, however, has increased dramatically by such as high quality, high functionality and multifunctional.
Therefore, the compression limit of faithfulness-oriented coding is approached.
Thus, the novel approach has been desired to be positioned as a breakthrough alternative to MC+DCT.
This paper proposes an abstract communication technology approach for high-efficiency coding.
An image coding based on Seam Carving and a pseudo-representation image coding using web images is indicated.
The experimental results showed that not sending any original image fidelity can be acceptable.
By redesigning the image communication technologies can be expected to realize high-efficiency coding
based on the basic idea of these techniques. |
