The situation is quite changed, and the author believes that both ITRC and TC-IA surely contribute the change. Today it is said that one of the most serious issues in this field is
the aging of researchers. In this panel talk the author will discuss with the audience how we attract young people toward researches in this field and how we sustainably develop the research community..
