Development of USB Flash Drive Installer for Virtual Software Platform

In recent years, personal computers spread widely into all around as well as companies, schools and homes. Also location independent usage environment improvement in the proliferation of mobile devices and the development of ubiquitous technology is underway. However, personal computing environments which every one used to are different from usual environments. All software (OS and Application software) conditions on these environments may be no good for every one with the shared computers. Some USB Flash Drives in commercial products can secure users safety, but these costs are expensive in general. Therefore, in this study, because of a lower cost, we use normal and cheap USB Flash Drive that does not have the security capability such as a fingerprint authentication or the coding function, and also use virtualization-software and encryption-software which are open sources. We have been developing a system that provides portable computing environment. In this article, we describe a development of USB Flash Drive installer for virtual software platform. |
