[Poster Presentation] Low-Power High-Speed Rail-to-Rail Voltage Buffer for LCD Drivers

(in English) This paper propodes a high-speed low-power classs B buffer amplifier topology for liquid crystal display
applications. The output buffer amplifiers of a LCD driver determine the speed resolution, voltage swing and power
consumption of whole driver. This paper propose a low static current by using the circuit in which the drive only in a dynamic
state to the load capacitor of a liquid crystal display. The proposed buffer can drive a 1nF column line load within a 1.5 V/us
at rising edge and 1 V/us at falling edge respectively. Static current is only 1.5uA from a 3.3V power supply.
