(in English) Distributed inorganic EL devices can now be produced at a low cost using a coating type. However, there are various problems such as requring a high voltage to run lighting. This research succeeded in depositing new comb-type electrodes(cte) onto a glass substrate. We realized creating required electrical field in the cte structure. The experiment resulted in a fluorescence intensity of 490 nm. Fluorescent particles were observed in the their distributed state on the cte using cross-sectional SEM images. When we observed the brightness from the glass substrate, the ITO samples of cte were of higher brightness compared with Au cte. However, when we observed the brightness from the phospher layer, the sample which had the Au cte were brighter.
