On scheduling methods of resource allocation in wireless communication channels

(in English) The proportional fair sharing (PFS) is well known as a channel allocation scheduling method to compromise the efficiency of data transmission with fairness for users in cellular systems. In order to get insight into the scheduling method, this paper shows comparative study results of throughput between this method and the other several methods.
It is shown that the PFS method is close to a derivative method from the scheduling method based on the maximum throughput criterion, since PFS utilizes independence of channel fading between different users as the multi-user diversity effect : the maximum throughput scheduling is based on the multi-user diversity effect.
