Asynchronous sequential logic synapse model and its spike-timing dependent plasticity

(in English) We propose a synapse model which can exhibit a spike-timing dependent plasticity (STDP). Inspired by biophysical models, we introduce dynamics of intracellular calcium to our model in order to reproduce not only conventional pair-based STDP but also spike triplets-based STDP. We confirm our model can reproduce experimental data in hippocampal slice culture and layer 2/3 visual cortex. Also we confirm responses of our model are similar to that of biophysical mathematical models.
