NGN is a network where QoS for each communication flow can be guaranteed by using SIP. Therefore legacy systems without SIP-based session control function can not get enough advantages from NGN. Based on this background, we proposed SIP adaptation function which adapts SIP-based session control for NGN to legacy systems. In this paper, we further propose extension of SIP adaptation function which enables error information from SIP layer communication be reported to legacy systems. |
