(in English) We have been developing a temporal-spatial communication system by smart voice messaging in nursing and caregiving as one of the projects of JST RISTEX Service Science, Solutions and Foundation Integrated Research Program (S3FIRE) . This paper proposes information supervisory control for modeling the temporal-spatial communication, then clarifies research issues to be solved.
