Here we proposes an isolated bidirectional DC-DC converter that is suitable for use in a low-voltage, large-current battery integrated large electric power photovoltaic (PV) system. In order to correspond to large electric power, a full bridge bidirectional DC-DC converter is newly proposed. Analysis of the proposed converter of operation was conducted and the experiment performed verification of operation. Since voltage serge had occurred with the switch by low-voltage side, a saturable inductors was inserted. As result, the switch with lower on resister at low resisting pressure become usable about the switch by the low- voltage side, the efficiency attained 94.9% at the charge operation and 95.4% at the discharge operation. |
