Impact of Co-channel Interference for Wireless Access based on Carrier Sensing and Transmit Power Control

(in English) We have considered the multiple access technique based on carrier sense and transmit power control and then the optimal sensing range for achieving the largest MAC Level Channel Capacity has been derived. The co-channel Interference from primary system, however, is not considered. There are two methods as the countermeasures for co-channel interference. In first one, the level of acceptable co-channel interference is decided and then the channel capacity is reduced for enhancing the robustness to co-channel interference. Second one is the compensation by re-transmission. When we consider the combined countermeasure of them, the flexible construction for achieving maximal MAC level channel capacity can be considered. In this paper, when the co-channel interference is taken into account, the multiple access technique based on carrier sensing and transmit power control is considered and then the optimal construction for maximal MAC level channel capacity is derived.
