Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Recently, the authors have proposed a new wireless communication system
based on dynamic spectrum access (DSA) for efficient use of radio resources
and spectrum sharing among multiple wireless communication systems operated
in ISM bands.
In order to satisfy required throughput performance of application
in a heavy traffic environment,
we propose an adaptive MAC parameter control method for the DSA system.
This paper shows some results of system performance evaluation
by network simulation assuming a coexisting situation of IEEE 802.11g
and the DSA system.
