(in English) This paper describes the resource assignment issues in IaaS(Infrastructure as a Service). The system and network managers need to assign the appropriate computing resource in some servers in the data center and to assign the network resource like the virtual or physical network link bandwidth for each service user. In the resource assignment, there are several factors to be considered; the total amount of computing and network resources, the service performance, and the resource utilization. In our resource assignment scheme, not only the computing resources in servers but also the network resources in the data center network are considered.
