| 抄録 | （和） | サービスの原理の解明に向け，数理モデルへの期待を述べる．期待は，これまでは人間が担って来た役割を，現実のサービスで果たすことにある．数理モデルは，コンピュータプログラムとして，サービスシステムに実装されることで，この役割を果たすことができる．課題は，数理モデルを十分に信頼してもらうことにある．その鍵は，サービスビジネスの核に採用しようと思っている人々が数理モデルを正しく理解できるように，数理モデルの仕組みと限界を正しく管理することにあると考える．これを達成するためには，数理モデルのライフサイクルマネジメントが重要となる． |
| （英） | This paper describes my own inquiry in respect to mathematical models in the principles of service. The mathematical models are expected to help the roles of human beings in real-life services. They can assume the roles by being implemented in the logistics of the service systems as computer programs. The real challenge is to gain sufficient confidence in them. The key is to have them being structured and limited in order to have the models understood correctly by the person who plans to adapt them as part of their core business structure, which will naturally lead us to the life-cycle management of mathematical models. | |
