A Study of Application Database Synchronization Scheme for Mobile Terminals with the Support of NerveNet Base Stations.

(in English) In this paper, we propose information synchronization scheme among wireless mobile terminal application databases using features of Information processing, caching and synchronization in distributed regional wireless base stations. NerveNet is assumed as a distributed wireless regional area network, and its base station protocols, four database synchronization protocols among mobile terminals called ’direct synchronization’, ’full synchronization’, ’synchronization with single master node’, ’synchronization with multipe sub-master nodes’
are considered and compaired. It achieves synchronizing application database of many mobile terminals in a certain group using limited memory space in a base stations and limited wireless resources without using any server facilities. Compairing four protocols above assuming a certain environment, and find that ’synchronization with multiple sub-master nodes’ acheives fast database synchronization among mobile terminals with reducing total amount of traffic and memory usage in base stations.
